What do I need to bring?
If you are having any massage, bodywork or spa treatment and have plans
afterwards, please bring your makeup and any other necessary items to
make yourself ready to "go out on the town". Lockers are available,
but we recommend leaving your valuables at home, as the spa is not responsible
for lost or stolen items.
Do I have to disrobe entirely for a treatment?
Please undress to your level of comfort. However, keep in mind that
our professionals will drape you in a manor which protect your privacy
and modesty at all times.
What amenities are included?
Our amenities at Spa Grace set us apart. They include comfort
in a luxurious micro-fiber robe, comfy spa slippers, men and women's
locker rooms, shower facility, Far Infrared Sauna and our private
Escape Lounge complete with fireplace, wall water fountain, plush
lounging chairs with soft blankets, and complimentary beverages, hot
tea, and snacks.
Service Charges/Gratuities- Your gratuities/tips
are appreciated very much! Please remember that tipping 15%-20% is
usal and customary for services rendered. For your convenience, an
18% service charge is added to all spa packages, groups and parties.
RESERVATIONS - are available by appointment.
A major credit card is required to reserve spa services. We accept
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Cash. Notify us if
you are taking any medications, have had surgery, are pregnant or
have any other health concerns, as some treatments may be contraindicated.
CANCELLATION- As a courtesy to other guests
and our staff, cancellations and time changes must be received at
least 24 in advance in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the value
of the services booked. If you book services on a gift certificate
for which you are a "no show", that gift certificate is
no longer redeemable.
ARRIVAL - please arrive at least 25-30 minutes
before your scheduled appointment to allow ample time to check in,
change into your robe and slippers, unwind in our Escape Lounge with
complimentary refreshments or enjoy our Far Infrared Sauna. Arriving
late will simply limit your treatment time, and the full value of
your treatment will be charged.

GIFT CERTIFICATES - are available for purchase either at the
spa or online.
They are not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable and non-redeemable
if lost or stolen. If you book services on a gift certificate for
which you are a "no show", that gift certificate is no longer
redeemable. For gift certificates older than one year, our spa reserves
the right to convert service-based gift certificates to their cash
value, equivalent to what was paid for the gift certificate, if the
service indicated is no longer available or the original price for
that service has changed.
***Since specials often change, we do not sell gift certificates
for specials. Gifts must be purchased as either regular service(s)
or a dollar amount.
CHILDREN are wonderful, but we do not offer
daycare services. We strive to maintain an up-scale, relaxing environment
for you to enjoy. Therefore, this environment is not for children
under age 14. We ask that you arrange for childcare before
your visit to the spa. However, children age 14-17 may receive
spa treatments with parent/guardian present.
RETAIL PURCHASES - We check all of our merchandise
before stocking it to make sure it is in good condition. Exchanges
or refunds will only be considered for product or goods which have
not been opened or tampered with.
HOURS of OPERATION: We are open to serve you FIVE days a week,
including weekends, Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00
PM. The spa is closed on Monday and Tuesday for private functions
and events.
